1. El Baúl Del Pecado, with tax address at C. Claret 1, (35214) Telde,
organizes the "Secret Room Kit" giveaway.
2. The Draw begins on January 15 at 00:00 until January 23 at 00:00, valid only nationally (Spain).
You can participate and/or vote only during that period of time.
El Baúl Del Pecado reserves the right to postpone or extend the period of the
competition in case of force majeure, as well as the power to interpret these legal terms and conditions.
3. Rules and conditions to participate.
Individuals over 18 years of age residing in Spain may participate in the contest.
Participation through agents or third parties is not permitted, nor the use of
multiple identities.
To participate, users must:
-Follow us on Instagram
-Tag a famous person and a friend
-Share it and tag us in your stories.
El Baúl Del Pecado reserves the right to make changes to the campaign
during its development, if any cause occurs that prevents it from being brought to a successful conclusion or in order to improve its progress.
4. Selection of the winner and method of the draw.

The selection of the winners will be carried out on January 23, 2023, through the platform that will certify that the selection has been random, among the participants who meet the conditions.
The name of the winner will be communicated through Instagram.
El Baúl Del Pecado reserves the right for the prizes to remain void,
in the event that the winners or designated substitutes do not meet the requirements mentioned in these rules, as well as in the event that the winner and/or substitutes cannot be located.
5. The prize will consist of a Kit with eleven items "Secret Room Kit", the winner will receive it at the address indicated to us through our courier service, the cost of which will be at our expense.
El Baúl Del Pecado is not responsible for possible losses, deterioration,
theft or any other circumstance attributable to the courier services that
may affect the shipping of the prizes.

Information conservation periods: The identification data of participants will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the development of the contest and during the legal periods that, if applicable, apply. The data used for advertising and commercial prospecting will be maintained indefinitely, unless the user requests its cancellation from El Baúl Del Pecado.

7. Penalties in case of fraudulent use.

Fraud is understood to be behavior that we detect as apparently abusive and/or malicious.
The verification of any of these practices will imply the cancellation of the
stake.
El Baúl Del Pecado reserves the right to take legal action
against those people who carry out any type of act that may be
considered as manipulation or falsification of the contest.
El Baúl Del Pecado is exempt from any liability for damages and
damages that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the application through which you participate in the promotion.
8. Transfers of image rights and/or intellectual property.
The participants and winners will assign the exploitation rights of their
photographs/videos to the company El Baúl Del Pecado for the "Kit Secret Room" contest.
If the time is not specified, the exploitation rights are understood to have been transferred by the Intellectual Property Law for a period of 5 years.
9. Acceptance of the Legal Bases.
Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these terms and
legal conditions. Any manifestation of non-acceptance of all or part of the legal bases will imply the exclusion of the participant and, as a consequence, El Baúl Del Pecado will be released from compliance with the obligation.
